- Non-returnable items include personalized products, hygiene items, or items marked as final sale.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping :
For defective or incorrect items, info@lifestyleroadsseniorsandveterans.com will cover return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds :
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges :
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Return Procedure
Initiate a Return :

Receive Return Authorization :

- Do not ship items back without an RMA number, as they may not be processed.
Ship the Item :
- Package the item securely, including the RMA number and original packing slip.
- Ship to the address provided in the RMA email using a trackable courier.
Inspection and Refund :
- Once received, we will inspect the item to confirm eligibility.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- You will be notified via email of the refund status.
